What we collect

When you take the Making Pattern assessment, we collect:

• ·Your name and email address (provided during checkout)
• ·Your payment information (processed and held by Stripe; we never see your card number)
• ·Your assessment responses (which scenario option you selected for each of 40 questions)
• ·The rank vector and attention profile derived from those responses
• ·Timing metadata for each response (used for model quality, not behavioral profiling)

We do not collect any information beyond what's needed to operate the assessment and deliver your report.

How we use your data

Your data is used to:

• ·Generate your personalized Making Pattern report
• ·Deliver your report via email
• ·Generate and store your PDF report
• ·Allow you to access your report via its unique URL
• ·Improve the assessment instrument over time (using anonymized, aggregated response patterns)

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.

Data retention

Your assessment data is retained indefinitely so that you can access your report via its unique URL at any time. If you'd like your data deleted, email hello@makingpattern.com and we'll remove it within 30 days.

Cookies

Making Pattern does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use functional cookies to maintain session state during the assessment. We do not use analytics cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• ·Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• ·Request correction of inaccurate data
• ·Request deletion of your data
• ·Withdraw consent for processing at any time
