The service
Making Pattern sells a one-time assessment that produces a personalized report. There is no subscription. Your report remains accessible at its unique URL, and a PDF is delivered to your email.
Refunds
Because the assessment produces a personalized report immediately upon completion, we generally do not offer refunds once the assessment has been taken. If you experienced a technical issue, email hello@makingpattern.com and we'll make it right.
Intellectual property
Your report is yours to keep and share. The report content, framework, and assessment methodology are copyright Making Pattern. You may quote brief passages with attribution but may not reproduce the full report or methodology commercially without permission.
Disclaimer
The assessment is not a diagnostic, clinical, or therapeutic tool. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Making Pattern is provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
